One Hundred Percent Tax was formed in 2000 and was licensed as an auditor and tax preparer immediately after incorporation. It followed the tradition of its then sister company Stopercentná účtovná, s.r.o. and quickly established itself on the market of consulting firms in the region of Northern Slovakia. In December 2020, it changed its legal form from a limited partnership to a limited liability company. In its 20 years of existence, it has issued more than 400 audit reports and has assisted in the representation of more than 80 tax disputes. Due to the high quality of the professional work of its staff for SKAU and SKDP, it is well known in the professional community and the relevant market.
