Software development

Subsidiary company developing software for the needs of its foreign parent company.

A tailor-made solution?

Just as no two companies are the same, there are no one-size-fits-all solutions. That’s why we are happy to design a tailor-made model.

Company description

A 100% subsidiary of a foreign parent company developing mobile applications and enterprise information systems was founded in 2007. Its subsidiaries can be found not only in Slovakia, but also in Finland, Estonia, Denmark, Germany, Great Britain, USA, China and South Korea. The Slovak subsidiary performs software development tasks and sells its services exclusively to the parent company. In its heyday, the company employed 200 people; the current number oscillates around 100.

Original state

The reason for acquiring the customer was dissatisfaction with the previous service provider. The company’s policy is aimed at ensuring absolute employee satisfaction, an informal approach, which is also subordinated to the way of communication and approach to the company and employees. Not only bookkeeping and payroll are handled, but also making all payments and monitoring account balances. Discretion or taking absolute responsibility for all transactions and payments made is a matter of course.

After implementation

After the takeover of the company, there was a change and a change in the form of communication. Like the client, the ETL EAST Group prefers informal communication. Last but not least, the client appreciates a calculable and fixed method of remuneration for services rendered, without fluctuations, despite an increase in the amount of work. Automated handling of payroll and HR is a matter of course. Reporting is carried out according to predetermined rules, respecting international accounting standards and regulations of the parent company and traceable valuation, on a monthly basis. Adherence to deadlines is an absolutely essential requirement in view of the disclosure obligation, as the parent company is listed on the stock market.
