The company has a holding structure with several related companies, some of which are located abroad. International operations are also carried out within the affiliated companies. The company’s primary focus is securities, commodities, foreign exchange and forex trading and brokerage, as well as automated trading capability based on proprietary software. Among the activities we can also find software work, information technology security, operation of portals and other activities.
Original state
Bookkeeping outsourced, without consulting services and document circulation management. Human resources management without a concept and management of the company on the basis of insufficient information due to the lack of a coherent information system. The unsatisfactory communication between the different components involved and the poor analysis of the problems from all necessary points of view were also identified.
After implementation
The implementation of the services took place at several levels. Communication with legal representatives and the unification of the information system, including document management and circulation of accounting documents, was initiated. Important decisions are not only analysed factually, but the legal and economic impact is also examined. Relationships within the holding structure have been made transparent and OPENSERVICES is involved in the complete management of all the companies involved. The management of international operations, day-to-day operations and back-office services have also been taken over. Synergies in the areas of IT and financing and the complete care of the company’s operations were also noted.
